★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made a booking beginning of January. Poor response time but eventually had made a booking. Rang to confirm our booking just to be told “no there is no booking there’s already a booking of 100 people”
Seems to be money hungry and would rather lie and take a bigger booking. That or the staff don’t talk to one another? Pretty disappointed given we made a booking well in advance, not the way business is done guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cider is fantastic and I normally like cider. Staff are extremely friendly but it took about 15 mins before we were noticed an seated. Rosotto balls were great but onion rings felt very cheap, like it's just a frozen product from the supermarket.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent food, and very fast. Coffee was top notch as well. Pricing was very modest. A little let down by staff friendiness as well as noise acoustics seated inside (esp banging out used coffee grinds). Previously seated outside which I'd recommend on a nice day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have always looked forward to dining here but after this weekend I couldn’t be more disappointed. One female staff member in particular was extremely rude. A kids cheeseburger was ordered to our table which was served raw. Overall, poor customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there today to have lunch. Service was shocking. No water, not even being asked if we want a drink. Even if its busy, communication would be great. I don't like the ordering scanny thing. If I go out for lunch, I pay for service, otherwise I shop online and eat at home. We got up and left after a while, because nobody served us. Not happy!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here Saturday lunchtime with a group of 20. We were so well looked after - even though it was quite busy. Ordered large platters for the tables and everyone was raving about how great the food was. All the staff were super friendly and very accommodating. The outside area was great for the kids to play without annoying anyone. Really happy - thanks for making our daughters 18th birthday lunch an amazing experience.

Small suggestion; despite dining in the arancini balls were serviced is a disposable container creating unnecessary waste, just put them on a plate please
