The key components to building rapport quickly with potential buyers includes time and patience; characteristics Jess adequately displayed during engagements with her. Having the right combination of people skills, knowledge in the real-estate market and the approachability to draw people in is a concept I felt Jess has a depth of understanding in.
Jess was prompt and polite when replying to the numerous questions I had about a property I was interested in. She always provided requested information and was accommodating with dates I needed a building inspection done. Not only did Jess follow through with what she said she would do every time, but she was consistently available for korero which contributed to a stress-free process.
Jess represented her vendors and Agency with mana and integrity. I would be more than happy to engage with her again.

Jess was very responsive to my initial inquiry to her on the basis of a personal recommendation of her as a real estate agent, and from there provided a wonderful professional service right through to the completion of my house sale.
She also went above and beyond the usual scope of duty, while I was unable to come to Whangarei as I was in Auckland during the level 3 lockdown.
