★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We used an incorrect nick name for the first name of our ticket. Jetstar later made the change to our ticket for no further additioal charge. We spoke to a person using the phone. When we had previously used the chat we got told a different version. We did provide the flight reference details to the chat person. Appreciate the name change for free. Thank you Jetstar.
