★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall a great gym for casual visitors. Some locations are better than others but the no lock in contracts and reasonable price makes it a no brainer for me. Usually really busy during the day (location dependant) so I would recommend going in on off peak times really early or late.
PT staff are useful and experienced, if you feel you need some guidance and/or motivation to achieve your goals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and quiet facility very friendly/family orientated ain't really had a run in with any of the other trainers. Always tidy I like that very well organised. AND when the staff is on Ngaire is a very outspoken and wonderful lady.

Heaps of parking space.
The staff is also accommodating.
Not too big but everything you need for your daily work out is here.
What makes it stand out for me is their boxing/kickboxing room.
Good for your casual boxing practice sessions/exercise.
Adding speedball area will make it better but I am very satisfied.
If you are looking to add another work out routine like boxing, I recommend Jetts Highbrook.
