You would. Think with Covid that they would be upping their delivery service but after 18 months they are still offering poor delivery service but advertising good delivery it is shocking the service you pay for no stars. Would. Be better

Waited all day only to have an attempted delivery update on the tracker at 5:59. my house is literally five minutes from highbrook depo. After reviewing security footage, no driver had actually come to my address throughout the day. This postel service is a joke. An update on the poor service, supposedly there was a second delivery attempt that never happened, again I have literally been home all day. No one has made an attempt to deliver my package. Tracker indicates a second attempt was made at 7:10 one hour after I made this review. The incompetent staff of this postel service knows no end.

They state Estimated Date, instead of actual Target Date which for a 2-3 days is actually a 5-7 days. They come apologising as though they care but in reality their apologies have no meaning. If they tried to rectify the problems at their best, okay apology is acceptable. But without even trying to do anything but to say: "Our policy fine print says this...." hearing their apologies are pathetic! One phone call takes on average 20 minutes wait!!!!!!! I think everyone should complain to the Commerce Comission for their misinformation, lack of liabilities, slow service, absolutely useless state owned company. The drivers are excellent. Just their system is absolutely useless. At the end of the day, You WILL LOSE MONEY, THEY WILL NEVER PAY YOU, You cover for the costs incured, You ONLY get Their Pathetic apologies that are ESCAPE route for them. I WOULD AVOID AT ALL COST!

I am disgusted with your service. I sent an overnight delivery on the 4/10/21. It is now the 29th October and according to your tracking the package is just touring around Auckland. Where is your duty of care? I have sent numerous emails as you cannot ring and still you fail to deliver. I will never use this service again and have lost a very good good client because of your incompetency.

I am just wording why this company is still alive and lots of companies still using this ranking NO.1 awful company for delivery service? I have called twice to change and confirmed redelivery address and took 2 months to process and still going to former address again and again. Each time of calling waiting time was over 30mins to even reach to speak. I believe they are more busier than PM in this contry. until 18/OCT/2021 I have called 5 times and they give me 5 differences answers. WELL DONE!!!!!!

You guys don’t even deserve the 1 star. Pathetic service, i am still waiting on my parcel which is delayed 6days already. I tried to call them 3 times, but they have the excuse of covid every time. Why don’t you guys hire more staff to make service faster as you claim in your advertisement. i will never use your service in my life now, because that parcel was related to my visas and you delayed so long. it created a lot of trouble for me now. really helpless. Can’t even pickup from the branch because that option not available. your company should be banned. ??

I understand NZ POST having issue now, but when can I see my parcel. first one I have waiting for a month now, second one for 2 weeks, now another one for one week. Not that I can go somewhere. I can't even pick parcel up by myself. no update on website. When can I see the parcels? I have sent inquiries, called, but can't do anything.

Wow! The google reviews are correct! I paid $50.00 for a domestic parcel. It has been sitting at the depot for 7 working days and NZ post will not do anything until 10 days have gone by. I have been through this before with them and I know after 10 days it will still be sitting there. Disgusting level of customer service!
