The staff is nice and helpful, the equipment are new, clean, plenty and in good condition. Not too crowded. Easy to reach, central location. Suitable opening hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very kind staff with spotless equipment. Only comment I can make is the lack of free barbell (vs 2 well maintained Smith machines) might put off some picky customers. Otherwise I will be making it a point to choose Jetts over any other NZ gyms based on my experience in Palmerston North.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great little gym. Stewart is the guy that is there during the day and keeps the gym clean, listens and advises you on how to achieve results. Only lost 1 star as the carpark can be awkward to get in and out during busy busy times on the road.
