★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I go to the gym at 3am, and I can't complain about parking because not many people go to the gym at that time, but I can say that there wouldn't be enough parking for when it comes to peak time, the gym is small and does have basic machines, the facilities can do with an upgrade though. Some people need to learn the rules in bringing a towel and wearing deodorant because that's just nasty, the rules are literally stated on the whiteboard when you walk in. C'mon guys keep it clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Equipment is old and the treadmills don't work properly (Slipping when you run). Bathrooms dirty all the time. Very poor quality gym.

Why provide me a email,when no ones helping me or responding to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I Have been trying to cancel my membership for over a three weeks now, have sent numerous emails & messaged memberships email as well as contacted this branch no one is answering the calls, all I want to cancel and still they're taking $10 out of my account.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its okay compared to the other jetts there's no real worker on site it's always workers from other jetts who hardly know the Papakura gym all the wipe stations have been empty and not enough spray if the gym was full capacity everyone will be waiting for the one spray and wipe its not ideal

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It needs TLC very out dated and worn. The members who go there don't care about wiping machines down nor putting weights away. Toilets are clean tho.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very small gym, limited parking, it's a joke to work out during peak hours due to lack of space. Generally, the gym is not cleaned, dirty lavatories. No one ever uses a gym towel. Ute stinks as soon as you enter the gym.
Broken equipment takes ages to fix.
However, the only positive thing about the Papakura branch is the manager Liam is excellent.
You will need to rectify these issues promptly if you want to keep your members as city fitness is opening in Takanini very soon. You will loose lot of members as most of us discussing on moving to City Fitness once that opens up in Takaknini.
