★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I go here for a casual work out every so often. Large gym with workout studios and tons of free weights and machines. No pool facility, but they do make protein shakes you can order. Staff are helpful and the facility is clean. They have staffed hours but it's 24hrs if you have a membership.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been to every gym in Papakura and this one is by far the best. There are so many machines to choose from. Even on the busiest days there are always machines available for you. Awesome staff. Great atmosphere. I wish I'd discovered this place earlier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best and biggest gym in papakura. Has alot of different zones to work out in. Equipment is pretty modern. 4 squat racks so you never have to wait for anyone. Good selection of PT's as well as free group fitness classes.

Staff are always lovely, and friendly.
Their trainers are awesome. Especially Shilhar! Awesome boxing/kickboxing teacher.
