★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food over here is amazing BUT the customer service is the absolute worst. After a long day of stressful classes, I ordered chips with butter chicken sauce. I paid and was told to wait for a little bit until the fries are cooked. I didn't have a problem waiting because I know that it does take a long time for the fries to fully cook through. So I waited and waited for nearly 30 minutes only to NOT receive my chips with butter chicken sauce. Customers who ordered after me received their fries earlier than me. Why did this happen? I don't understand but I'm extremely furious and the Indian lady who served me didn't bother to apologize rather her male co-worker apologized and returned my money. Not buying from Jewel of Bombay any time soon!!!
