Needs to put more meat in with the serving and less water in the sauce.
I feel stupid for eating there again after its the same place as last time and I know what disappointment awaits. I don't cook this food but I've been to many other places that do it better. You may get what you want after the water simmers away or if a few more chunks of meat happen to find their way into your dish but Im not going to risk my money in hopes of that gamble.

β β β β β I should get shares in this place. Am always ordering the spicy butter chicken. Is thick and rich and creamy. Also the tandoori chicken is tasty and we'll worth the price around $12 for a 1/4 chicken

β β β β β Itβs so nice to be able to leave a positive review! Thank you for the delicious lamb biryani. Iβll go extra hot next time but thatβs the only bit Iβd change. So many flavours! Liquorice bark? Reminds me of London! And the complementary raita: tart, tiny bit sweet. Just what I wanted/needed - how do you know me!? I always note when raita is complementary with a lamb biryani, itβs like code for βchef actually cares about deliciousness and balance.β This is the first Indian food Iβve had in Auckland that hasnβt made me depressed. Thank you!

β β β β β We found this place late-ish on a Sunday evening & were very pleasantly surprised. Although decor is spartan the food was delicious, well priced and the servings were very generous. Recommended.

β β β β β They gave me mango juice instead of mango lassi. There was not even a hint of yoghurt in the drink. What a scam! It was so watery! The biriyani tasted like lightly flavored chicken pulao. Horrible. The chef should should resign. This is an insult to Indian Cuisine.

β β β β β First time I ordered from this place and am extremely satisfied. Wasn't very adventuous and I ordered butter chicken and garlic naan bread. Was delicious and price is reasonable. Will definitely recommend to my fellow colleagues at the hospital.

β β β β β Best Butter chicken we've ever had and we cannot go back to any other Butter chicken in christchurch just doesn't taste as good as this. Good portions. Cannot wait for our next trip back to Auckland this will be one of our 1st stops
