★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jim’s Tree and Stump Removal quoted and completed the removal of several large trees at our home.
The service exceeded expectations.
Phil and the team takes safety management seriously, initiating daily active onsite, team risk assessing of tasks and comprehensive communication around controls.
This included the management of the risks of working at height, monitoring traffic, communication with neighbours and even the management of pets.
Jim’s Tree and Stump Removal under quoted because they identified several issues involving hung up trees that posed immediate danger to the house and the neighboring property.
They stayed an additional day to mitigate the issue with no additional charges added to the invoice.
Very pleased with the service!
