โ โ โ โ โ DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!! The owner (Jared) Guojun Cha owns multiple companies (J Living, Ihome Furture Ltd).
They had a building contract with us, they screwed up our permeable driveway (see photos below), after 6 months of legal pursuit they ended up abanding the project (left unfinished) and liquidated their company- Ihome Furture Ltd.
J Living Ltd - co owner (Kristy) Xiaoyi PENG was the project manager of our building project.
All the team members on J living's company website are FAKE!! Photos and those people do not exist!
