Two positive things to add: it was not harmful and I received full refund, so he has the word: promised to refund if the treatment doesn't work and refunded money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Chris mainly for help with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome ,that I had had for 21 years, and had tried just about everything to help me through it, but also had a frozen shoulder that was part way healed with movement that was fairly restricted, and several other injuries I thought were resolved.
After 8 treatments I feel I have my life back!!!and my shoulder is pretty much back to normal.
The first couple of treatments were a bit painful, Chris treated original injuries that were never properly healed and were complicated by new ones.
He also helped my body to release emotional issues ,enabling my physical body to heal.
He is a very professional caring person who made me feel that I was the only patient he had-not the case,I have seen many others come and go!!!and I am extremely grateful to him for all his help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After suffering with bursitis in my shoulder for one year and in pain everyday with no relief from physio/specialists visits and three rounds of steroid injections I felt that surgery was going to be my only option which I definitely did not want. I am so pleased that I visited Chris at Wellness at Work and after only 5 sessions my pain has decreased by at least 80% plus I am gaining more strength back in my arm and shoulder and flexibility has also increased. I am thrilled with the results so far and I would highly recommend Chris. He is very professional, caring and knowledgeable in his craft.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend Wellness at Work, both Chris and Alla. Between Chris's specialist deep tissue massage and Alla's skilled rehabilitative training, I am close to the healthiest I have been. Prior to this, I had seen almost every health professional available for relief for my worsening endometriosis symptoms. This had included; prescription pain relief from doctor, Naturopath, dietitian and FODMAP diet, top NZ gynaecologist, Mirena IUD, Chinese herbs and acupuncture. (I estimate I have spent $5000 for private medical care over 3-4 years). By mid-2019 my quality of life had significantly reduced, I was desperate for relief from the relentless pain and felt that surgery was my last remaining option. Finding Wellness at Work was a miracle in action. Intuitively I knew that all the various symptoms and experiences I had were linked and Chris was the first health care professional to validate this and provide holistic treatment, rather then only addressing individual symptoms. Endometriosis acts like an auto-immune type condition and should be treated as such - Chris understands the complexity of this. Within 3 sessions I had the energy to go on a multi-day tramp; within 8 sessions my symptoms were 80% reduced and easily manageable. Rehabilitative training with Alla followed, which had my body strengthened and toned in ways I didn't know it could be, within only a few sessions. Alla's passion for wellness and verve for life is contagious. What a relief to have successful treatment for a woman's health issue, which isn't either a hormonal contraceptive or surgery! I only hope that this therapy becomes more widely known so that my own neices and future children may have it available to them. Thanks Chris and Alla!
