They hold "real knowledge" and have a depth of experience, technical know how, & essential no how , that far too many other stores do not have. Hipsters and Google do not make a good vape store, especially in terms of "hardware" The manager is great, as are the staff. For serious vapers, I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. Whilst we live in the city & the store is in Upper Hutt, the knowledge they have surpasses all of the city stores that we have tried, I get concerned by people serving me whom appear to have no real knowledge and have to use google for almost alhl hardware enquiries. We have never encountered this at Jocks Vapes.They are N.Z owned, not part of a chain, a lhocal business & know their products.
