Henri is always very helpful, knowledgable and offers great recommendations for flavours when I'm wanting to try something new. Always a chilled vibe to the place too, easily my favourite vape store in the Greater Wellington/ Hutt area.

And even helped me personally as an advocate for Vaping over Smoking .. very impressed. And am not a high reviewer .

Went in not knowing how to refit my coil and he guided me through it!
Also provided awesome information on different types of juice; freebase and salts.
I think it's important to add he helped me with info on how to reduce my nicotine intake which is one of my goals.
All in all I left feeling well treated, well informed and confident about vaping.
Will be back to try Simply E-liquid for my next juice!
