We continue to follow rigorous and thorough cleaning and sanitising procedures in our restaurants and reinforce frequent hand-washing before, during and after all shifts. In addition, we continue to enforce our existing policy that if any employee should experience cold or flu-like symptoms, or has been in direct contact with someone experiencing these symptoms, it is imperative to stay home. We remain vigilant on this front.

Heightened Procedures
We are taking extra precautions to help make sure that your orders for delivery get to your door safely. These immediate steps include:
• Sealing the outermost packaging to ensure that there is no contact with your food from the kitchen to your door.
• Our delivery partners are offering hand sanitizer and gloves to their delivery drivers nationwide and are encouraging them to request to complete “no-contact” deliveries upon drop-off.
• Customers can also request a no-contact delivery in the delivery instructions at checkout when ordering through a delivery partner. Just update the “Delivery Instructions” section with your request for a no-contact delivery and with details about the drop-off location. Please be specific about the location and instructions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had gorgeous George, el morocco, muesli, beef burger and teddy best. Took quite some time for food to be served, we waited for about 35 minutes. El morocco and beef burger had really dry patties. Gorgeous George and muesli were okay. Teddy best was really good but the portion is on the smaller side. Staff were really friendly. 3 stars because of the food. Everything else was great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just went to Joes Garage for a brunch, they were very busy which we didn’t mind. After our eggs on toast came out, we found 2 live caterpillars on our eggs, which were disgusting. A staff member apologised and made us a new plate, and also said that they won’t charge us for our drink. When we went to the counter to pay, the staff read out our menu, then charged us for both our drinks?? There needs to be improvement in both hygiene and communication between staff. Have to say the lady who moved us to the inside table was very nice hence the 2 star review.

However unfortunately, again there was a miscommunication from your side as we did not receive the second rounds of coffee you are talking about, and the staff clearly said at the time ‘we will not charge you for your drink’. The staff at the counter actually first read out one iced americano’ then corrected herself that it was ‘two iced americanos’. I am not blaming your customer service. All staff were lovely, and yes the situation was handled well, however lacking communication. We understand that live produce can contain unwanted insects hence did not make a fuss at the time and just got our plate changed.

We went for breakfast yesterday and first of all the decor is awesome, we went straight to the table with the big green tractor for my tractor obsessed toddler. Secondly the staff from the get go were all so amazing. I have never been anywhere that has catered to my babies needs like they did. They made sure to get his food out super quick/highchair the works and they were so friendly. It was like working in a good shearing gang!The music was outstanding, the staff were singing along which we loved!and the food was perfect, hearty and tasty grub!thank you for kicking our morning off so well guys !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Joe's Garage was absolutely amazing for breakfast. Very attentive staff, who kept checking we had everything we needed. Coffee was fantastic, I am very picky about my coffee. Loved how the stalky stem was cut out of my tomato too, that's something I have never seen done before but well received.
