Jones Doors uses only uses quality material which is why New Zealand Steel is our provider for our steel coils which make our sectional and roller doors. Our sectional production line is Australian made. It is designed with special levelers to bring out any variations in the steel so we can make a superior product. Our sectional panels are fingersafe which provides a safer operation and improved weather protection.
Manufacturing
At Jones Doors we produce all our sectional and roller door in house at our South Auckland Factory. We are able to manufacture doors within a short period of time. Our machinary has the latest technolgy for garage door manufactoring.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was a family business but now owned by a person that only uses that deion to give confidence ( misplaced confidence) my garage door is nearly 7 years old and has been rotting for the last 3 years , I’ve been trying to get them around here ever since ( sales guy ) a nice bloke but the owner does not care they call the product marine grade ply ( that’s fake ) and won’t repair it , invited the business owner to come around 3 times ( but says he’s out of the country ) Do not purchase one of these doors a very very expensive mistake

I got them installed 2 single garage doors.
They used timber not suitable for outdoor use, combined with nails that were not galvanised.
The nails have started rusting and the post needs to be replaced.
After repeatedly calling, and having their problem explained by a master builder who inspected their work, refuse to fix their mistake or provide a refund.
We are now going to hire another company to fix their fault and take them to court just to recover our costs.
Avoid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not get a door from this company. Terrible install that although two years down the track they will not rectify. The problem is not the door but the quality of installation which is terrible. A the first time I had them back was because the track was lower than the passage door so you couldn’t open it. The contractor they got to come back said it was the worst install job and that he would feed it back to Jones doors. A garage door should last longer than 2 years and their install is not fit for purpose as the door makes a hell of a noise and goes up on an angle. I Provided them an opportunity for to fix which they declined I so am getting the door re installed by another company and will seek recovery of costs through the disputes tribunal. Save yourself the grief, combine the opinion of my and other reviews and look for another company.
