Paid deposit in mid July, mid September we are still waiting for our doors and no one in this company gives a continental, everyone blaming someone else and telling us we will have them 'in seven working days'. Deal with them at your peril.

β β β β β I had a new door installed 4 years ago. Opener is slow and underpowered. It is now faulty and not working. As the unit is out of the two year warranty Windor Doors don't want to know. I asked if they provided after any sale service - their reply was "not if it is outside the warranty period". They have referred me to a third party garage door repair company - despite leaving multiple messages with them I am still waiting!

β β β β β I bought two motorized garage roller doors 4 years ago and recently both door controllers stopped working a few months a part. I called the company twice and was told the doors were both out of warranty but they would get their technical manager to call me back. He never did nor did he respond to an email. So I wrote a letter to the Director named on their website and he never responded either.

β β β β β I had a garage door from Windsor doors 4 years ago. Now my garage door colour has faded by sun and rain, because they used a low quality paint coat. I sent an email to look and no reply back at all. I think they don't care about their customer and products. Pretty bad business people. I wouldn't recommend to others.
