They subsequently guided us, with great consideration and efficiency, through the pre-purchase and auction process on that property. Although we were were unsuccessful at that auction, with their invaluable assistance we went on to purchase a lovely home that’s just right for us. They are so much more approachable and down to earth than your average agent, while still being super professional and extremely good at their jobs. In particular, we appreciated their advice and input into making our house look its very best for sale. We'd always noticed their photos stood out on trademe, and now realise it's because they're so actively involved in this process. We feel this made a big difference to the outcome of our sale. They were patient with our various questions and nerves leading up the auction, and provided super regular updates of open home numbers and how things were generally looking. We were really happy with the sale price and the whole process went as well as we could have possibly hoped. We'd recommend them to everyone, and can't imagine why you'd list with anyone else.
