After coming back to NZ after 15 years in UK, it was lovely to get a true kiwi experience with Josh and Bryce. I met Josh and Bryce at an open home early 2021. After that meeting Josh proved very attentive to my interests and advised of potential properties that would meet my expectations. My initial experience with another real estate agency for the sale of my apartment was a rude awakening to the crazy property market in NZ. But with the help and guidance from Josh and Bryce, the Ray White experience has been a breath of fresh air. The boys were so helpful, bringing positivity and optimism for the sale of my apartment. Their kind manner and helpful advice made the process less daunting, especially with the apartment sales being so hard. With their experience and positivity, I was happy to let them guide me through this journey. They are both easy going and approachable that I was able deal with them on a regular basis without feeling neglected. I loved the video they did, especially the comedy act. The staging of the apartment made a big difference to potential buyers coming through. They went beyond their professional duties to help me with selling my property. They came along to support me at an auction where my bid was accepted. They provided friendly reassurance when it was most needed. I would definitely recommend Josh and Bryce to friends and family looking to buy or sell in the area. Great to properly celebrate with them at their local, fancy G&Ts ? Thanks so much Josh & Bryce!

Josh and Bryce definitely went above and beyond for me. I’d already moved away, but they were happy to provide access to the property for cleaning, staging etc. And to check up on things when there were problems with the painters! They had lots of ideas and suggestions for how to present the property in the best way possible, and we ended up with some brilliant photos and video. One always wonders with a real estate agent whether they will prioritise their own commission over getting you the highest price possible, but this was definitely not the case! Josh and Bryce worked just as hard to get another agent’s buyer on board (where they’d have to share commission) as for their “own” buyer. And the competition between the two at auction resulted in a sale price well beyond my expectations!

Quick response and action is what I call professional While I understand listing agents generally work for the vendor, I feel I have received top notch service from Bryce as well as a buyer. He was quick in responding to our queries and requests. He took the initiatives and went the extra mile to help make things happen. Bryce and Josh also have a good knowledge of the market trend and the communities that they work around. We will consider using them ourselves in future.

Just had our house sold today because I have very competent, honest, and friendly agents. I find Josh very meticulous and very perfectionist in ensuring that our house will be presented impeccably. We have been in our family homes for over 30 years and as our families grew, our accommodation needs changed. We were able to achieve a great outcome for our family. I feel Josh and Bryce did a great job in supporting our family make such a big change in selling our family homes. Simply the best I found Josh and Bryce to be a great team to work with when selling my house. Kind, smart and fun and totally professional they made a stressful time easier. They are very knowledgeable about the real estate market and kept me well informed throughout the process. They worked hard to follow up everyone who attended open homes and gave me well presented and clear feedback. In the end we had three active bidders at the auction and I got a very good result in a market where buyers are quite cautious. Josh and Bryce were recommended to me by a friend and I would recommend them to anyone selling their home.
