★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried to donate some items... was put onto a woman nameed Fran about pick up... was interrogated, not allowed to speak, and talked to in a manner that was unbecoming of someone that works in customer service.... maybe she was having a bad day but really inappropriate to take that out on the public. Not a good look Red Cross.

Yes its going to community put they need to understand your target market are those of middle class and in the poverty zone... rich people arent shopping for used items. The indian women wouldnt really negotiate on prices.. the asian women very kind the european women with glasses very kind aswell... my message is if you want a good deal try and avoid the shop if the indian lady is working.
