★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have had JT Carter do quite a bit of work on my house renovations, from completely refitting my bathroom to installing kitchen taps, sink and benches. They are always super accommodating with renovation schedules, and did a good job for a very reasonable price. Always easy to communicate with. Definitely recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very helpful receptionist who got a plumber out to my rural property straight away to sort out an urgent problem. (I had spent 2 hours phoning a list of plumbers and nobody else could even have a look for at least a week). Very friendly, helpful, discussed a range of solutions starting with just getting functional. Will be my "go-to" guys in future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a leak into passage from shower phoned and 1st call asked for a call back waited a few days then phoned again there was no record of the call the previous week never mind can a plumber come to check what is leaking and price to replace shower, yes will be at yours 3.45 this afternoon, nobody turned up then today 8.30 am plumber turned up 3 weeks after he was supposed to be here! He was very apologetic. Perhaps I should have phoned after he didn't turn up but frankly was not impressed with service enough to bother. Did have Thomas for dishwasher repair and although he couldn't fix the problem he was very prompt and friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guys came up and installed our new fireplace, did a fantastic job, had to make up a metal spacer for the gap in the old fireplace and it turned out just perfect . When it was all finished they removed all the old fire place and flue. Cleaned up the carpet. Thanks.
