★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Turned up to do spark plug check on my vehicle. Had dealt with owner years back, so tried to give local the job.
He was a bit busy so i said i had the day off and could come back later, he starts to get pushy and trying to have me leave the vehicle with him. I told him that aint happening. It's a simple check and should not take hours.
Tried to talk me to believe it could be more complicated..
I said thanks but no thanks.
Loyalty today doesn't mean jack, all about money....

Gerard looked at our van (whilst on his tea break) and helped us figure out how to fix the problem on our own. No money went into his pocket, but was still willing to give us the time of day.
