★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very disappointed with my experience at Snow Bros Electrical. The work was completed just fine however, I feel this was dishonesty in their pricing. I was initially told it would cost $200 for a stereo to be installed. On the day there seemed to a number of complications that meant the work took longer than expected. As there was no hourly rate mentioned in my initial quote nor was there any discussion of extra costs or fees I was very surprised to be charged $423 when I went to collect my car. While I can understand the work took longer than expected I was shocked they had not discussed the hourly rate or additional costs when they contacted me to say they were removing a GPS device that was no longer working. When I went to pay I asked them why I had not been informed about this extra charge and was told they had spoken to my husband about the extra cost. I later found out this was a complete lie as no extra charges were mentioned to him either. While the quality of work at Snow Bros is fine be careful as you may find you are hit with a bill that is more than double the original quote.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Originally thought to be a flat battery, the team determined it was actually the starter motor that had failed. They came to our vehicle, roadside, then arranged a tow truck, then ordered the part overnight and had it installed in the morning. All for a very reasonable price. Thanks Snow Bros

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an electrical fault on my vehicle, arrived at snow bros just before 8am opening time, I explained to staff member what was faulty and booked vehicle in for the following week, however around 3 hours later I received a phone call and text to bring my vehicle in and they will fix my fault, staff are very friendly, efficient and communicated well, cost of job was very fair, also business is close to cbd so you can do your shopping, have a snack , I received a text to inform me vehicle was ready to pick up, I was very impressed with the service that put my mind at ease
