★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful place for kids playout from age 0-8 years. Came for friends son’s birthday party. Well celebrated and my kids had a great fun. Worth taking the kids on a rainy days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointing visit. All air guns not in working order, 1 merry-go-round not working at all and the other unsafe to be operating. Tears in slide and equipment, equipment not working properly or not at all. It appears that there has been NO maintance of equipment and it clearly shows with ripsand tears, big holes and equipment for the children not working. Food was served cold. Would not recommend going.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had another really disappointing experience at Junglerama Lower Hutt, not my first. The customer service is terrible and the staff are super strict on the “rules”. Both my kids were in tears after being told off by the manager - my 3 year old for having no socks on and the other for being in the under 5’s area (with her younger cousin) when she is 6. Tried to talk to the staff member about the way she handled it, being that they are young children, and she was extremely rude to me. We were also told off for feeding our under 1 kids from lunchboxes and made to put them away as no outside food allowed - yet they do not provide appropriate options for younger kids.
Rediculously hot in there, need better air conditioning. It was school holidays so very busy, not enough seating for adults available, frustrating that when it was so busy they had half of the seating closed off for no apparent reason.
Will not be coming back here.

Plenty of space for parking, nice cafe, safe environment and also perfect for the kids birthday parties.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great fun for under 1 including! A LOT of space and feels as its a whole new city with entertainment for children - we will certainly be back. Infants are free, adults 2$ per head( i think you get an hour in junglerama)
