★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware of these guys. My tenant has been waiting for more than 2 weeks (18 days) for Just Gas to return and repair our Bosch boiler. I have never experienced such poor customer service and lack of communication from a tradesman. Just Gas were recommended by Bosch, who I have informed of the level or lack there of service from their recommended service agent Just Gas. There has been a complete lack of communication, from failure to return calls and texts.
In the end as my tenant has a premature baby in the house we have found another Service Agent.
