About Just Water

In 2016, Just Water expanded so we can serve more people better. In 2019, Just Life Group launched on the NZX main board and we refreshed our iconic Kiwi brand (it’s not just water that keeps us looking so good) while we kept on quenching thirsts and keeping thousands of single use plastic bottles out of our environment.

We have a couple of Just Water coolers located at two of our Auckland counselling centres. Recently we decided that as part of our continued move toward environmental care and sustainability, to try Just Water's environmental cups. They're fully biodegradable and compostable - and our clients prefer them. Thanks for spreading goodness Just Water.

Their sales rep lied to me about that I'll own the machine after a 1 year contract ..its been 13 years, now they want the machine back and the matters gone to a debt collection agency .. absolute scum bags don't deal with this company.!

They should have Zero Star system here. We had Just water for 2 years and ongoing , So many times they have failed to deliver water (More than 20 times). Big sites need water and realible water supply. Just water isnt good option. Service is bad and drive's attitude is worse. Not friendly ppl, just taking an advantage of monopoly in buiseness.

They came & saw 3 empty bottles. Only decided to change 2...... Quite often, the driver claims to have come into the office & say we have enough when we never have enough. Third week this week without a delivery. On our last bottle atm. They were meant to deliver a couple of days ago. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Sadly, I can't end the contract with them. Otherwise I would have ended a long time ago.

Poor service on my first time ordering I paid first payment still no delivery customer service saying waiting to hear from warehouse saying on there system its been delivered to where I don't know definitely not to my address so it's a poor communication an poor service.

"The call out staff are so friendly and helpful, prompt with their cooler servicing but my God don't bother calling the customer servicing team they are just lame and painfully slow. Long hold time and when you finally get through your call gets passed around. Just today I called to follow-up on a two weeks old request the operator said" We are experience higher then usually call volume...you are caller number 1"...really....finally I get to speak to a voice mail! No wonder they quickly bind you in a contract the first chance they get. I will update this review ones I get my services sorted." This was 2 years ago. As of now their service has vastly improved thus 5 star. Water delivery is on time. Complained about the dispenser leaking and it ws attended the next. Customer service is now well informed about their runs, other services offered and pending customer requests.

Never had a really bad experience with these guys and we have had a cooler for about 2+ years now. They are always super helpful when we have a bad bottle and replace it promptly if need be. They are also flexible with how many bottles eg if i changed my order this week to 2 a fortnight and then back to one the next delivery cycle they change it with no issues. Most of the time if i have to call them their staff are helpful and polite as well (only had one person who was quite rude once but that was a while ago now). Once had a delivery go to the wrong house which i saw on the photo they send you via email after your delivery, so i just called them up and they got the driver to go back and collect the bottles and then deliver it to our house before we even got home so that was also really good. Thanks Just Water!

Terrible accounts system in place. No way to login and check anything as it's all on their internal system. They miss deliveries and then it's a nightmare of an experience to claim a refund. It's almost like they'd go bankrupt if they issued a $7.99 refund. Waiting for a call from their superior as I type this.
