★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The 80's song from Jem and the Holograms comes to mind when I think of Jem "Jem is truly amazing. Truly, truly, truly amazing" it's the honest truth! Working out for me was always a chore, it was something I would pick up on a whim, do for a short time, then drop like a hot potato. However, when I met Jem that all changed. She is the ONLY PT who has kept me motivated, pushed me hard enough to challenge and surprise myself, yet not so hard as to intimidate and scare me away. 3 years on, it has become part of my everyday life. Something I look forward to, something I do not only for my physical health - but even more so for my mental health. I could not recommend her enough.
