★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service, Car was towed to KAAR for faulty Fan, I personally drove Car off tow truck and parked car locked up outside KAAR after hours. Other than Fan issue there were no issues with the Car. On collecting the Car my son found inner drivers door handle had come away from door, mechanic had obviously pulled handle too hard. Called KAAR to advise and they tried to blame tow truck driver, I told them I had personally driven off truck but they denied all liability. Would not recommend these guys, beware !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my car for a service. Booked it in at very short noice without issue, was serviced and WoF'd promptly.
2 days later I punctured a tyre, rang them up to get a new one, and the guy on reception remembered me over the phone and booked it in for the same day. As soon as I parked outside he came out to collect the wheel and processed it without needing me to even go into the office.
Thoroughly impressed with the customer service.

Pricing was super competitive, especially as I have a European car, and a happy surprise for me. The guys really knew what they were doing, and they were so unbelievably quick and efficient! What I thought would be a nightmare was an easy fix, with great friendly service, and I feel like I can 100% trust the results
Definitely will be my go to mechanics from now on for my VW!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big Thank you to the awesome team at KAAR Henderson. My car needed its Air Conditioning unit looked at. From first contact, I received great customer service, thorough updates on what was wrong with my AC Unit and costings. Timeframe was quick - on pick up I was surprised that the work had come in cheaper - stoked to say the least! Highly recommend for great customer service, very professional and competitive prices! Will definitely use in future :)
