★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4/11 I brought my car in to have top strut replaced. Had a very bad, unpleasant experience here with a guy, which later I found out turned out to be the owner. I was quite disgusted, & appalled by his behaviour, attitude, tone towards me. No customer service or good communication skills. He seemed bothered that he even had to talk to me, getting more & more agitated talking to a paying customer. I was an inconvenience. (Shocking). I was absolutely dismayed as I watched refer to me as (" hey lady"), (" oh give them here') - he was referring to my car keys") the tone in his voice- annoyance. No apology from him at all when I returned to pick my car.
He was there walking around. The officer was initially unattended. You were expected to just leave your car keys in open box. Not acceptable, or secure in my opinion. This isn't the first time I have experience bad customer service from these guys. Another time was just a walk-in enquiry. They were cold.
I should have listened to my instincts. First time was a red flag, but I decided to give them a second chance. I see they have quite alot of bad reviews. Including mine.
I strongly do not recommend these guys to take your car to.
If good or great customer service you are after, you won't find it here.

I didn't have enough information for them apparently, as I wasn't given enough intially by the Drivesure staff nearby. Made me feel quite stupid, went elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm greatly disappointed. I send my car in to have the routers replaced, and thought it would make sense to have the vehicle serviced at the same time. Unfortunately, the simple task of an oil change has meant my car now leaks a lot of oil. The brakes are working fine now though, but haven't had the time to go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sort of an Emergency drop in to repair a leaky exhaust. Certainly are Customer orientated with quick response to emails. Stopped in at the allotted time and happy to do the repair whilst I waited. All round an Excellent way to make Customers happy and want to come back.
