★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went last week and this week, both times was served by a Japanese girl or Korean girl I think? Black hair with a hat on. She looked miserable and also spoke to us miserably with a lot of attitude like she didn’t care. Don’t know what was goin on but it felt like we shouldn’t be there. Chicken was sweet as hell and drinks were not worth it at all. Lettuce was slimy and wet too. It looks like most of the 5star reviews are from the actual employees and not real customers. Terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fabulous food and teas! Go here quite often for lunch during the week, and while it’s often busy in the food court the food is rarely more than a short wait.
You dine in at the food court. When ordering you get a buzzer to take back to your table. When your order is ready you collect it from the counter with optional cutlery and straws.
They utilise the vaccine pass when ordering which is fantastic to see. Great job team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got the Bulgogi beef Rice Bowl, Kumara Fries and Oolong Milk Tea with pudding and pearls.
Their Kumara Fries are hands down the best I’ve had! So crunchy but soft and fluffy in the inside and the sweet salty seasoning is perfect with it.
Drink was also delicious and they give you a great portion for the rice bowl, definitely worth it :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend the crunchy chicken HeiHei bao and pork belly Taipei bao. Karaage squid is golden, crispy and not too oily. The grapefruit greentea with coconut jelly strikes a nice balance between bitter and sweet and is refreshing being had with the hot food.
There are also plenty of seats around with a nice view of outside the food court at the tables near the windows. Staff are friendly and you can also choose to adjust the sugar level and ice level in your drink (I suggest lowering the sugar level for the fresh drinks and leaving them at normal for the milk teas).
Tip: ask for no ice in the drinks and you will get more of the drink in your cup ;D

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered the braised pork belly rice bowl with a side of chicken bites and peach green tea with pearls. The food here is always super tasty and great for having a big meal or even just for snacks.
I recommend having their rice bowls with a refreshing tea drink like the peach green tea! (Don't forget to add any toppings of your choice). The chicken bites are also super popular from here so it's a must try from the menu!
