About Kaizon
Forming part of the high functioning Fire Engineering team at Kaizon, Dinul brings 4 years of professional experience in the field with a strong base understanding of the Structural Engineering discipline, having completed his undergraduate at the University of Auckland. Dinul is in the process of completing his Masters in Fire Engineering part time whilst balancing a full-time role at Kaizon Engineering.
During his time as a Fire Engineer, Dinul has been involved in and completed several projects, both in the design and construction phases. Projects he has been involved in include: Tall buildings, Aged Care, Residential, Commercial, Prisons, Warehouses and Industrial buildings.
Dinul strives to work alongside other designers and the client with 100% transparency to effectively implement a fire safety design in a building with no shortcuts taken. Here at Kaizon, we like to use the term ‘Kaizonality’, which has no official definition, but we believe that Dinul lives and breathes ‘Kaizonality’ with everything he does at the workplace.
Dinul doesn’t only keep busy at the office, he lives it up whenever he gets a chance in between his Master’s programme and work. He enjoys his social team sports (cricket, soccer, touch rugby), being in the outdoors (swimming, hiking, mountain biking, skiing/snowboarding, fishing) and enjoying a beer on weekend, trying his best to stay vegan at a BBQ.
