★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've told your representatives on numerous occasions to stop calling me. The calls stopped for a while, but now all of a sudden have resumed. I can't fathom why a simple request like this cannot be honoured. This is a lesson for all sales people. The more pushy you are, the more you will actually push people AWAY from your business. I told your rep that I don't care about these investment reports you sell, because I'm just a casual investor. In other words, I'm not even in your target market for what you are selling!
A word of advice. When a client says they're not interested in what you have to offer, respect their wishes.
PS I have blocked your number and no matter how many other numbers you call from, they're going to get blocked also.

A Stock Market research company who have given me a great deal for the first year of share advise. So far I have had excellent help with my under standing of how their research website is formatted. I find there website very informative way of researching potential investments and I have just got off a call from one of their Customer Mangers Michelle who has explained in great detail how each recommendation works and how to navigate their website for new information.
