The app is reliable, easy to use and makes sure your coffee is ready for you when you get there. Can't commend the staff highly enough for their friendliness either. A great place all up!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know what the name of the lady who made my coffee but it was about perfection. I am lactose sensitive and so have soy milk, it is extremely hard to find a good coffee and she is fantastic. In fact all the Staff are so friendly and polite. Can't wait to go back ?

I'm super fussy about my Chai, most places can't get it quite right. I can now add Kanuka to the short list of places that do a PERFECT chai! Will be back ☕?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It came with a high rep but to me while pleasant my flat white lacked a little zoom. Not enough coffee I think.
The date loaf smelled wonderful too and the reusable glass containers for the butter ideal. Very good thinking.
My stomach did feel a little uneasy for the rest of the day? Was it here that it came from?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great Coffee, Service has been great in the past. Today i bought a Coffee , unaware of a 50cent price increase. As i didn't want to wait I said I would give the 50cents to my work colleague when she came to collect her coffee from using the app. I handed $5 over and they basically demanded the 50cents after I said I would get my colleague to pay when she collects her coffee that was ordered online . I don't feel a very valued customer when they couldn't trust me to bring 50 cents over within the next 10 minutes. They made my colleague wait, while they made my coffee after paying the $5 and asking them to have it ready with my colleagues. Unbelievable how desperate Kanuka staff were over 50 cents, (a one off mistake) after putting prices up. So disappointing after all the coffee I have bought to be left standing over 50cents. Not happy and my work colleagues agree, such pettiness over 50cents.
I won't be recommending Kanukas Service, they never look happy, they look more like Robots the more I think about the situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 star for service. Morning was asked to leave the table before I went to buy coffee. Ok that was fine. They didn’t know. Then in the lunch time, I went again with coworker, he already has a coffee in his hand, and then after I sit down with him, we were told that we need to buy one more coffee in order to sit, so we bought another coffee. Not pleasant experience. Don’t think I’ll come back again.
