β β β β β Jean and the team at KCPM have been outstanding to deal with. I have been happy as a Tennant with speedy, polite professional response to emails, personal attention addressing any issues in an friendly manner.
I have found them also be excellent with their customer service eg thoughtful Merry Christmas tenant emails and "keeping us updated" with any legislation change newsletters. The communication has been amazing . Highly recommend KCPM to investors - your property is in safe hands. Hiring a good property manager equals a happy tennant who in turn looks after your asset - Sarah tennant 3 years.
