About Kapiti Equestrian & Vaulting Club Inc
The first vaulting club was set up in New Zealand by Glenn and Lyn McIntyre in the mid-nineties, with the help of international coaches and volunteers. Catarina, “Cat” came to New Zealand in 2000 from Sweden as a coach. Cat’s skill is one of most natural horsemanship, with the education of horses her forte’, however, she found the vaulting enjoyable as it also requires extreme fitness. Now she has devoted decades to the promotion of vaulting, riding, horse education/training, and development of the club to what it is today with all the benefits.

Has both an indoor and outdoor arena with a good variety of horses for all types of riders!
They were able to cater to me, being a complete beginner Rider and being 6'3 100kg I need a larger horse to ride as well which wasn't an issue here but it had been at many other centres I contacted.
The membership is reasonable and they offer river rides, lessons, Trek's, all sorts really!
Highly recommended.

Loved the charm, fun and grace behind the concept and choreography. Beautiful property too. Hope you keep going from strength to strength - gorgeous.
