Our first time here.
Prompt service.
(No leyway for replacing muesli with a muffin due to an allergy a little disappointing)
Tea presented beautifully- candle maintained heat which meant u didn't have to rush.
Courtyard quaint & toilet is clean.
Bonus: No surcharge on a public holiday

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i am appauled at the service here, we ordered bacon on the side of my friend and I's dishes and they checked with us three times that that was what we actually wanted. the food came out and sure enough it was bacon inside and on the side. i am a vegetarian and therefore cannot eat meat. i understood that this was obviously a miscommunication and can forgive that but once we made them aware of the situation they made no effort to resolve the situation. and rolled their eyes at us. we were very polite about the situation and they were very frustrated and rude. would not recommend.

My daughter loved the Kids Pancake and Yuzu Honey Tea.
Coffee is good but if it was a little stronger, it would have been better (I would add an extra shot next time).

Proactive with COVID safety, vax certificate etc.
Food and coffee are constantly good.
Only complaint I have about KARA café is often the tables haven't been cleared for next customer while staff are on their phones sitting.
A friendly and cosy little cafe.
Atmosphere, coffee and food are good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kara is a great place to dine for lunch/morning tea. Really great coffee and date scones to die for. Cabinet food is great and menu items are delicious. Unfortunately with the sign if the times occasionally the kitchen is not open.
The team are efficient and friendly.. Enough said.
