★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having purchased a very expensive product a few months prior, when it stopped working I mistakenly thought it may be a warranty issue so took the item back to them.
The plug had to be re-fitted, they charged over $100.00
What a rip-off, they should be embarrassed with that level of service charge with a client who has spent thousands.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a wet and dry vac from bunnings and motor crapped out. Used less than a dozen times and still looks like new. still under warranty. Hydraquip gave reason that dirt got inside motor as for not having a bag on and warranty is void when I explained it was used for wet vacuuming and that dirt could possibly get in from water residue. Would never buy a cheap model Karcher again as it's just a name and be weary about their 2yr warranty as they try to fix instead of replace!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rarely give 5 stars but they deserve it. I wouldn't hesitate to buy anything from them. I had to return a faulty product bought over a year ago from a different retailer and they replaced it the same day. Friendly, knew their stuff and very customer focused. Excellent service.
