My kids have lessons but much prefer Play-Time - atho None of that during Covid level2 :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pool facilities in itself are really great and we go there all the time but have been trying to organize swimming lessons for my son here and had a date a simple quote needed to be sent by as lessons would of been funded and times set but the manager took more than 6 weeks to communicate via email and knew this, the time has passed now and she didnt even bother to sort it out properly as a couple of phone calls would of sorted it quickly. Seems alot or places don't want to talk on the phone nowadays and emails take alot of back and forth. She didn't even care and now my son can't take lessons as I can't afford them. Poor customer service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic place to take the kids. The lifeguards are super friendly but firm when required whi h is good. Fun hydroslide and great pools. Just wish there was a cafe or coffee cart.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since the beginning of the year I have been going most days to the pool. It has been a fantastic experience. The staff are lovely, the pool facilities are really clean. Even with level 2 they really make the effort.
A few weeks ago i lost my Cross at the pool and they kept looking after I left. They found it and I was so pleased
So thanks team. I really appreciate you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well there's lots of clean water and caring staff and a spa and a slide and a training pool and a toddler pool and good showers and easy parking. Yup that just about covers it. Great facility - thank you. ? As of 2022 it now has a much bigger car park. Hooray. Hours back to normal now (April 2022)
