β β β β β Shiva Raju, greedy and manipulator. As per previous comment it is their common practice.he was the solicitor from the seller for the property. on the time of settlement, he sends me the overpriced balance with $5000. If ur buyer is using them move away from the deal.
Beware and away from these people.

We are from out of Auckland and she did her best to accommodate our meeting times and stayed after hours for us. Would travel back to Auckland to use their services again!

β β β β β I wanted to use this law firm because a friend speaks very highly of Aaron Kashyap. Aaron is very nice over the phone but say he does not do property work anymore. He ask me to call his partner Shiva.
Agree it's very hard to reach Shiva on the phone. Quality of receptionist is also at times good at times not so good. I call 3 times and maybe talk to 2 receptionist. Giving a star to the reception lady who is very helpful and really try to see if she can help answer my questions and also reassure me that Shiva will call me back (no he never call even after my property auction is over).
Normally I don't leave reviews but I want to warn that Shiva is NOT value for money for the service he provide. I will not recommend if you have urgent work.
