★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spent over an hour, possibly two trying to get kitted out for winter going south today. I was shuffled from one assistant to another, finally ending up with one of the most pushy sales people I’ve ever met! She tried to upsell me a size I felt was too big in a color I dislike intensely, after I had chosen my purchases. The other two simply disappeared on me half way through helping me. Needless to say, I just walked away. Not a great customer experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think the company realised a few years ago to compete in price by dropping the quality was a mistake. Having company-branded gear makes it more difficult to know if the current products are the same or better (or worse), but the general lift in quality across the board is building justified confidence with customers. As long as the Company continues to understand it's customers are more demanding, have long memories, and will (begrudgingly) pay a little more, they will do fine. Especially if they realise the cost of damaging their own branded products by allowing low quality gear to slip back in the line up. Just don't.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shocking customer experience. The "staff", wasn't at all Helpfull. I don't like writing bad reviews but in this case it's fully justified. When one is buying a $300 jacket, the customer, I expect a better attitude not one of complete disinterest, she was giving the impression just to busy to help, in a empty shop...poor..
I hope this customer service can be improved becuase it has just left a bad lasting impression on this shop

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kathmandu has quality stock but sadly staffing was too thin on the ground and busy. I took photos of their shoes to show a nearby podiatrist who recommended which would suit my feet,back in to buy, but again no help so I left empty handed. Disappointed as I was willing to spend money on quality as an investment, but i needed advice ..perhaps next time.
