On a positive note the 2 staff inside smiled when they told me they were shut.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dropped in to ask about some family silver that was so black. Matt explained what they do in the shop and gave me a quick demo on a ring. He suggested I come back with some of the silver and he'd see what he could do. Short story is he got the silver look back. Great service, friendly staff, I highly recommend Pascoes Rotorua.
