Great place to stop on way from to Nelson District. There were a Family of 4 Weka's striding around the area when I stopped for a break.

Great little walk, a bit of maintenance is needed on the staircase, it was closed when I was there but still managed the walk

Good little walk. 20 min loop track right beside the camp site.

Amazingly concealed wonderland.

A well worth stop if you're travelling south from Nelson. Punches above its length in terms of enjoyment with interesting sights to behold include a walk through an abandoned railway tunnel (a flashlight was handy but not necessary assuming it was daytime).

Good stop over place. Plenty of shade there's a toilet and you can camp there amongst the ruins.

Nice place to stop for a break. The railway track was closed for safety reasons but the area is nice. There's a bit of information to read just as you stretch your legs and bathroom if you need.
