★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We took an appliance in to KD Electrical and they quickly found it unrepairable and told us their fee for this swift diagnosis was $100. We challenged this as it seemed very expensive and have now received their Bill for $120. No travel. The invoice states minimum travel/labour 1/2 hour that is $240 per hour this is highway robbery. Will never darken their door again. We have given them 2 opportunities to review their billing. This is our second less then pleasant experience with this company.

Took the time to answer my questions and offered practical suggestions to avoid the same problems in future. Genuinely helpful team, I was grateful for the expertise and highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They made an appointment 1-2pm of Wednesday they showed up late i had to take an hour out of my job to meet him. Then he argued with me that i should have stayed. If you can make your appointments you shouldn't be in business. Then he tells me good luck finding someone to fix your machine. what an absolute unprofessional company to deal with turning it around and making it my fault. News flash there are many more electrical company's out there like Berridge appliances. Good luck to you in the future you will need it with an attitude like that.
