★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor managment my vehicle was booked in on a Thursday, rung them up and had to rebook on the following Monday just to be told they're "Tied up" and need to follow them up the following Thursday.
Even brought the parts they needed.
Whoever does the books is a gronk.

Ive been in Flaxmere for the past almost 3 years now after having spent my whole life in Auckland and came across quite a few dodgy mechanics in my time with overcharging and fabricating problems that were not even problems. Sometimes it can be difficult finding the right mechanic who is honest and trustworthy especially if you dont have much knowledge of vehicles, like me having absolutely know knowledge of vehicle problems and just knowing simple stuff like how to top up oil and water and pump up tyres pretty much sums up what i do know. Kelly Automotive are the best. They are absolutely awesome and i couldnt see myself taking my cars anywhere else. Would definitely recommend them. They provide an awesome service. Thanks Kelly Automotive for always making my experience with you guys a breezy 1.

At that day, I just asked for a quote about the service like oil change. The old man was recommended the full service and it costs about $180 to $260
When the service is done, he called me back to pay for the bill. He sort of saying like the price unexpectedly goes up a bit more. It ends up about $240.
I was wondering if they could give me a bit less. And I said, would you be ok to make it $220? ( I’m not bugging or sth!!!) i mean he can say no!
The old man was dramatically saying like, guys! (Yelling to the worker) we’re doing for free! I was supper shocked!
I am trying to negotiate with him, he was really exaggerated. I quite appreciate the work of mechanics. But I am so confused about why the old man was reacting so weird.
It is not the end of the world, I was faithfully thinking about this mechanics shop as my friend recommended to me.
Unfortunately, the worst part was happening after I paid the bill, he wasn’t happy to give me the receipt, and even let it place on the ground, I picked it up and leave it sadly.
I know it doesn’t bother me, I just kinda feel sad about his poor customer service.
If someone who was introvert or sensitive people facing this issue, they might have trauma at this occasion. So everyone need to be careful regarding this kinda old man!
With this reason I would not recommend to anyone this shop. A star was given to the mechanics as they are very kind!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't believe the comments left by the last person JASON YEUNG other than to say, he is brain dead with his negativity in his comments, I have been dealing with Clark, and his team, at Kelly Automotive for over 30 years, in all that time, they have done quality work, both mechanical and warrant of fitnesses for us, being in the second hand car market.
For a number of those years Clark, would be one of the toughest warrant inspectors we have come across, Clark and his team are very polite and would go out of their way to help with anything, anytime.
We have not been in Flaxmere for the past 12 years, and now live in Clive, but we still take our cars to Kelly Automotive, knowing when we need work done, it will be done to an excellent standard, we know these guys put 110 % into the work, sevice, even the greetings at reception.
