★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They ripped me off!! today I went there with a radiator problem.in the morning I left my car at Kelly's Garage and they told me they call me if it's fixed. After 1 1/2 hours I got the call back with the information the radiator is leaking and they can organise a second hand one and it will cost 400$. I said yes fix it and she told me she will call me if it's done. At the end I received no call, I went back at around 5pm. Two ladies gave me the information that it doesn't worth it anymore to fix the car(engine gave up),and they couldn't see it before they changed radiator. I payed 400$ and left with my car(the car were running for a few blocks) at the end I saw that they didn't changed the radiator (everywhere dead flies and even the old sticker from the last mechanic bay of plenty radiator specialists who changed the radiator) tomorrow I will go to the police!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service in life time, be careful people, he is not even replying to my calls and texts , faulty battery for $390 for my car , wheel control stopped working , kept my car all day at their garage but and asking for $300 more to fix wheel control and told me this will take more than a month to order part from japan omg. He has never provided me invoice , he has promised to provide on Tuesday when lockdown will be in level 3 and now no communication at all , wasted time , will loge a complain with consumer protection NZ . Stay safe NZ

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would avoid this workshop like the plague. Complete RIP OFF'S, I was charged for work and parts that were not needed or used, they seen me coming that's for sure. Thank goodness for the honesty of another local mechanic who was able to fix a minor problem free of charge because he could not believe I had recieved such a dishonest service or experience from this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sadly had a really poor experience with Kelly's garage service. My sister had her oil and filter changed there. After two weeks the oil light came on. We checked the engine was bone dry! absolutely no oil! We immediately went and bought a 5 litre bottle of oil and poured the whole thing in.. now 4/5 weeks later and its still full of oil. We rung them today to let them know that this happened and they must've forgotten to replace the oil during the service. Spoke to a lady and Kelly himself and they both got very defensive and said that the car is leaking (when there has been no signs of leaks and we keep checking). The lady and Kelly both told us that it isn't possible for the car to run without oil, which displays poor mechanical knowledge! Would not trust these guys, they offer poor customer service! :( Very disappointed.
