★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried a deep fried twix. Maybe it was because it was a busy night and i did see the batter getting extra ingredients added into.. maybe that was it... The twix wasnt burnt but tasted like it and the batter was yuck..
Got alot of recommendations which was disappointing lol

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner likes this place very much. I didn't. However it is a neighborhood fish and chip shop. Non pretentious just doing its job. The fish pieces were larger than normal and the batter was thin both of which should be a good sign. The edges of the batter on all of the fish however were hard and brittle indicating over cooking. When I broke the fish open, it was dry typical of frozen fish.
My recommendation Okay if your Hu ngry and need a bite to eat. Fair relative to the residential area it was located in. Just met minimum requirements for my preferences.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great little local takeaway love the chicken very tasty an cooked well, fish is yum an chips are awesome just one little gripe please go back to normal straight cut chips as yours are the best cooked to perfection not keen on the crinkle cut ones as they go hard quicker apart from that awesome food!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always very busy around dinner time, but that's just a testament to their fish and chips. Usually quite brisk and to the point, the don't stuff you around, and they get your order to you as quick as they can. As there's no tables or anything outside, you can't eat there, so generally it's a case of taking it home with you. Good place, albiet a bit tatty, good service.
