β β β β β I brought my machine about 5-6 years ago. I got the machine because I had at the time ruffly 25 cats and got sick of my vacuums not handling the pet hair etc . I at the time was going through a vacuum at least one a year and one of them was a dyson, so I decided I needed to get a commercial one. I found this business and the guy was so helpful, He was going to allow me to pay half and pay the rest after I had received the vacuum which was a wet & dry, which I could play soccer with, another words it was very sturdy. I thought the guy was going to rip me of and he wasn't to pleased when I asked him about it he said he was just trying to help me and I could " take it or leave it" All I can say is this vac is going as strong as ever and one of the best things I ever brought Thank you

β β β β β Anyone can provide best service when buying stuff but when it comes to repair or issues then not everyone know how to serve / solve customerβs problem.
I had issue with machine which was under warranty but they said warranty doesnβt cover this issue as not comes under warranty t&c , ( which is understandable, I have no issue with that)
But they still changed labour cost to check it even when machine was under warranty.
Over the phone they said if there will be any charges we will contact you and inform you.
Later on different story.
Not going to buy anything from them in future.
#really Disappointed with service.

β β β β β Staff have gone out of their way to help me out today, extremely pleasant to deal with. Nothing was to much trouble including sitting in traffic for hours to help me out. Bought a petrol water blaster a few years back. This will be my second. Great product, great team. Thanks again.
