β β β β β They don't seem to know the difference between light duty and heavy duty strapping buckles. I order and pay for heavy duty so they send me light duty. The description on the invoice was for light duty even though I had ordered heavy duty on their website, so obviously there website order processing system has issues as well. Delivery was slow. The third day after ordering I call them to see where my order was and they tell me the warehouse boys missed it and it hasn't been sent yet. Don't think I'll waste my time dealing with this crowd again.

β β β β β Absolutely atrocious to deal with! Don't know why it takes 2 weeks to send a diary, days to reply to emails and then when the item does get dispatched, it sits in Christchurch for 3 days ?ββοΈ why is it in Christchurch in the first place? It says you're in Auckland. Still waiting........

β β β β β I don't like leaving poor reviews, but this one is very well deserved by Supplyme! Placed and paid for an order 6 weeks ago on the 16th of Feb, supplies that we desperately needed for our small business. Have been given the run around by Supplyme customer services manager - told items are with the courier in Christchurch etc etc - which is strange as Supplyme are in Auckland? When I've requested the courier tracking numbers - the courier numbers do not exist. Supplyme should not be advertising stock they don't actually have in stock, as it's false advertising. We have since bought the items from a local supplier without issue. Finally got refund 6 April 2022.
