★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor customer service after vehicle purchased. Had committed to sort an issue with my car bought from here when purchased and then I sent many emails with response from Kerry of sending me the part. It has now its been nearly 2 months and this has not been resolved plus is now not even communicating with me. Seems once he has made the sale Kerry does not bother with you despite promises to do so. Worst car dealer experience I have had to date!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buyer beware. we brought a 2013 vw beetle with 2 doors that don’t lock, no bluetooth as advertised, broken charging points, problems with breaks, that after 6 weeks of asking to have these issues fixed i was ignored. Next step to inforce consumer rights is small claims court. they wont cover the 3 month promised warranty. really disapointed and a real time waster. please be cautious of buying a car from Kerry

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience with this dealership. Took over 3 months, 5 phone calls and a visit for the car to even be put under my name. Was told the car was under warranty when purchased, Kerry did not put the warranty under my name as he said he would - found out 8 months later. Had a few problems with the car, tried to tell me I hadn't purchased a warranty in the first place, false promises were made - Kerry did not care once he made the sale. Would not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a BMW 320i off Kerry few months ago. I have to say that I am 100% satisfied with the purchase. Car was thoroughly cleaned, vacuumed and well detailed when handed to me. He did a fresh oil change service before the trade. He even covered the cost of a transmission service for the car. Certainly the best car purchase experience ever. Will come back in the future and recommend to potential buyers. You know your car is in good hands
